When praying about the sisters you visit teach, ask God what their temporal and spiritual needs are. If nothing comes to mind consider asking her these three questions:
What can I help you clean?
What projects can I help you finish?
When can I give you time for yourself?
And then maybe, just maybe she will open up to you about her real needs, both temporal and spiritual, as you work as one side-by-side.

Although I think these three questions are easier to answer than “Is there anything I can do for you?” Yes, but I’m too ashamed to say, is usually how I feel.
But I am learning from the example of others. I wrote about an example I saw in this post. https://www.wendysantiano.com/shorthand/what-we-really-do-for-each-other/
Just start asking them yourself and see if the trend grows:)
